And clumsy and awkward events.
When I tripped on a bunch of guys in school,

When I was afraid for my first pool dive,
Or when I couldn’t stop crying because I missed you.

Cry, cause I won’t be there anymore to shoulder your cries.
Cry, cause you remember my burnt fries.
And annoying and unnecessary mood swings.
When I got angry at you for not showing up on time,
Or when I was upset because I made you wait for long.
When I was happy cause you threw me a birthday surprise,
Or when I was sad because I couldn’t reach my target weight.

For I,
Will live a life,

As basic as the salt in your teary eyes.
As basic as the sweet and bitter memories.
As basic as disappointment of forgetting a house chore.
As basic as my name and no wish for fame.
As basic as the plain colors of my wardrobe.
